How much does air conditioning installation cost?
It depends on the size and number of rooms, the system you choose and how complicated the installation is. We survey for free and give you a fixed, written quote before any work starts.
Can air conditioning heat as well as cool?
Yes. Most modern split systems work as heat pumps, so they can heat a room efficiently in winter and cool it in summer.
How long does an installation take?
A single-room system is usually fitted in a day. Multi-room and commercial jobs take longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline with your quote.
How quickly can you come out for a repair?
We aim to get to repairs as quickly as possible. Call us and we'll give you a realistic time based on the problem and where you are.
Do I need planning permission?
Often you won't, but it depends on your property and where the outdoor unit will go, for example if it's a listed building or in a conservation area. We'll talk you through it at the survey.
Is air conditioning noisy?
Modern indoor units are very quiet, especially on low settings. We also think carefully about where the outdoor unit goes, for your sake and your neighbours'.
How often should my system be serviced?
We recommend at least once a year. Busy commercial systems may need more frequent visits. Regular servicing keeps it efficient and hygienic and helps protect your warranty.
