When you use our quote form, call, email or WhatsApp us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details about the job.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out and follow up on any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Form submissions are delivered to us by our form provider (FormSubmit) and stored in our email account. We only share details with others where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. For customers, we keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email adamheatingandcoolingltd@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
